KEGR is owned by Diablo Valley Broadcasting in Concord and broadcasts to most of the Contra Costa County Area. KEGR is a AAA Music station that plays a mixture of New and Classic album oriented Mellow Rock and Blues. At KEGR, we like to feature tunes you just don't hear anymore on FM. We hope you enjoy listening to our diverse mix of music.
KEGR takes pride in being able to play a wider variety of music that most commercial radio stations. Since KEGR appeals primarly to the baby boomers, we try to incorporate 3 or sometimes 4 decades of music every day. KEGR features a balanced mix of album tracks from the 70's and 80's mixed with hits from the 60's. We also play music from the 90's and the newer music that most stations choose to ignore. Now that KEGR is on the internet, many more people can now receive the station. Be sure to spread the word - Tell your friends about us.
